PCS is hosting it's 3rd annual Maker Fair and this time we're adding a Food Truck Rally!
Calling all future designers, artists, scientists, and Presidents: this week long camp explores the past, present, and future of our communities. In this camp, students will work with artists, archivists, activists, environmentalists, and urbanists to learn about the amazing career paths Long Islanders are utilizing to effect positive change. In collaboration with these individuals, students will brainstorm creative solutions to today's pressing challenges.

The only local fair of it’s kind, PCS takes inspiration for this event from a national movement emphasizing creativity, innovation and all things “maker.” This special event is free*, family-friendly and open to the entire community.
Senior members of Peconic Landing and children from Peconic Community School will come together for a day of intergenerational dance. After an informal talk and demonstration from the dancers’ repertoire, attendees will join together for an invigorating workshop in creative movement. All ages and abilities are welcomed to participate. In the afternoon there will be an improvisational dance by El Colegio del Cuerpo in the Sculpture Garden open to the public.

Join us for our 5th annual GROW: Spring Fundraiser & Community Picnic with Brady Rymer!
CREATE: A Maker Faire will highlight makers of all kinds from all over the tri-state area. From music-makers, to lego clubs, robotics and soap, to welders and beer-makers there is sure to be something for everyone. The event celebrates the Maker Movement and highlights creativity, innovation, and resourcefulness.
All proceeds benefit the Alison Aldredge Fund for Joyful Learning at Peconic Community School.
This special event features live music performed by Brady Rymer, food, children activities, drumming, farm animals and more!
